Abstract

Since the inception of patent law, it has lamented the kaleidoscopic and multipronged requirements, which are contextualized as the patentability criteria to be patentable in India. An invention shall satisfy certain tests in the line of patentable rhetoric, which is conspicuously and colloquially discernible shibboleths of Patent Law. Inventive steps in the context of patentability requirements need a fathomed approach to testify its galloping, ramped-up, and flutter challenged to consider the intellectual property for patent during the current surge. This Paper shall investigate every possible aspect of patentable requirements about conceptualization and the philosophical problem of inventive steps.
