Abstract Soil samples were collected from eight sites from two districts namely Bareilly and Rampur of Rohilkhand region, Uttar Pradesh. Sixty cyanobacterial strains were isolated from these soil samples and were subjected to the investigations on some physiological parameters like Chlorophyll, carotenoids and phycobilins along with some selected metabolites like total soluble proteins and carbohydrates. All the parameters differed significantly under cultural conditions. Top Keywords Chlorophyll, Carotenoids, Phycobilins, Carbohydrates, Total soluble proteins, Cyanobacteria. Top |
