Floristic Composition and Biological Spectrum of Grasslands at Balrampur City Mishra Anup Kumar, Tewari D.D. Ecology Research Laboratory, Department of Botany, M.L.K. (P.G.) College, Balrampur. Abstract Biological spectrum of grasslands of Balrampur showed that out of the total 45 species, there were 29 Therophytes, 7 Geophytes, 5 Hemicryptophytes and 4 Chamaephytes. Phanerophytes were altogether absent. When compared with Raunkiaer's normal spectrum, the present study reveals a ‘Therogeophytic’ phytoclimate of the area.
