Abstract Adolescents can be challenging and rewarding time in human development. The awareness about sexual health education is vitally important to an adolescents group, it is very necessary to assess their knowledge on sexual health and to nurture and harness the energy and potential of their adolescents. The present study aimed to assess the level of knowledge and attitude on sexual health among adolescents at selected school in Puducherry. A descriptive research design was carried out 100 adolescents comprised with age limits of 13–19 years studying at sethilal government high school, Abishegapakam; Puducherry. The sampling technique adopted for the study was non-probability convenient sampling technique. The results have been revealed that majority (73%) adolescents had inadequate knowledge, in regard to level of attitude on sexual health among adolescents most of them (63%) adolescents had moderate favorable attitude, In correlation there was no significant correlation between the knowledge and attitude, Pearson correlation is 6.457 with p-value of 0.04.
