Abstract A Quasi experimental pretest posttest control group design was used to evaluate the effectiveness of oxygen through Nasal Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (NCPAP) vs oxygenhood among neonates with respiratory distress at NICU. Sixty children were selected out of which, 30 children conveniently assigned to experimental group and 30 to the control group. An observational checklist used for assessment of respiratory distress.
