NEP-2020’s vision for the role of education: A review

Abstract

Education leads to economic, social, cultural, individual and many other progresses due to this reason a well defined and futuristic policy is essential for a country. There are many education policies made by Indian government to spread the light of education to her people, in this context India with the leadership of its current prime minister and an expert team with members of varied backgrounds has developed and planned to implement a new education policy during the next decade of the 21st century called Indian National Education Policy (NEP-2020). Education has key by which we remove the hurdles of people and country. The National Education Policy 2020 has therefore been transformed into the framework of this reform, which could give the new education system in our land. The motto of New Education Policy 2020 is Educate, Encourage, Enlighten and to remodel India’s education policy.
