Abstract

Employee The problem of absenteeism is persistent and significantly negatively affects an organization's productivity. Employees who regularly show up to work are more likely to be productive, provide better service, and show dedication to enhancing the efficacy of human resource management. Absenteeism is a costly and unexpected issue in the workplace that affects both businesses and workers. Absenteeism hurts the organization's reputation and bottom line. This research aims to investigate the factors contributing to the widespread problem of absenteeism and to provide solutions for reducing it.
