Sharbati” was carried out in the Garden, College of Horticulture, Department of Fruit Science, Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh in the year 2018–2019. The experiment included four levels of NAA @10, 20, 30, and 40 ppm and GA3 @10, 20, 30, and 40 ppm, along with their combination including a control (water spray) replicated thrice in R.B.D. From the results it is reported that higher fruit set percentage (71.58%), fruit diameter (0.98cm), weight of 100 fruits (126.35g), volume of fruit (1.28cc), fruit yield of 3.70kg per plant and 49.35q per hectare was recorded in the combination of NAA @ 40ppm + GA3 40ppm. It is clear from the data that foliar application of NAA @ 40ppm + GA3 40ppm also found effective in increasing total soluble solids (25.36°Brix), reducing sugar (15.07%), non-reducing sugar (3.81%) and total sugar (18.74%) as compared to control, whereas the titratable acidity content (1.96%) was maximum in the same treatments in phalsa fruits produced in the plains of northern India.
