Rainfall analysis is the key factor for deciding the hydrological design of said structure. Keeping this view 23 years rainfall data have been analysed on monthly as well as weekly basis to estimate normal years, abnormal years and draught years and also normal months, abnormal months and draught months for Jammu station which will help for planning and designing of watershed structures.
