The peri radicular surgery is a standard oral surgical procedure which includes surgical treatment of area surrounding root and is done when conventional root canal treatment does Not suffice the infection. Concentrated Growth factor was produced using the recommended centrifuge, and it was used as a sole material to understand its exclusive role in repair and regeneration after periapical surgery.
