In spite of having various treatment modalities, no material available fulfils the biological, physical and mechanical properties of the missing tooth structure. The biomimetic property of natural tooth can be used as pontics. The following case series refers in regards to the aesthetic and functions with Biological restoration fabricated from human extracted tooth. A novel approach of biologically restoring tooth can be applied for reconstruction of a severely mutilated tooth and replacement of missing tooth.
