1G.S. Gill Research Institute, Guru Nanak College, Chennai - 600 042, Tamil Nadu, India. Abstract A new species of Glyptapanteles is described on Spodoptera liturae at Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, India. The new species which is different from G. africanus (Cameron) reared from the larvae of Spodoptera liturae Fabricius feeding on groundnut and castor leaves.
