Online Published on 23 January, 2023. Abstract Diaphragmatic hernia is a common thoraco-abdominal disorder especially in large ruminants like buffaloes due to weak phrenic portion of diaphragm. For an effective treatment, a correct diagnostic protocol is necessary. To correct the condition, Rumenotomy followed by Herniorrhaphy is undertaken under effective sedation and local infiltration.
