Online published on 2 April, 2016. Abstract The present study was conducted to evaluate the haematological parameters in parvo virus infected dogs and gross tissue changes in postmortem. Haematology revealed low mean values of haemoglobin, total leukocyte count, total erythrocyte count, packed cell volume. Gross changes were found to be more severe in heart and intestine with changes like round heart appearance, serosal haemorrhages and presence of chocolaty to reddish brown contents with mucosal haemorrhages in intestines.
