Online published on 2 April, 2016. Abstract A Rottweiler dog was presented with history of corneal opacity, inappetance, dull, depression, pyrexia and unilateral limb oedema. Clinical examination revealed all superficial lymph nodes are swollen. The hematological examination revealed severe neutrophilia and monocytosis with presence of morula inside the monocytes. Abdominal ultra sound revealed spleenomegaly with inflammatory lesions in spleen. The dog was treated with Tab. Doxycycline 10mg/kg b.wt., SID for one month and Prednisolone 0.5mg/kg b.wt. for 10 days at tapering dose. After one month period of treatment the dog recovered unevethfully.
