Abstract In the present study, 20 buffaloes affected with clinical mastitis were treated with Ceftriaxone and Tazobactam and Flunixin meglumine combination along with Vitamin B complex for five days and intramammary infusion of Cefoperazone on first day. The animals showed early clinical restoration of normal milk production, complete recovery was seen in 17 animals after five days treatment and three animals were disposed by the owner during the treatment period.
