Abstract A pleuriparous Sirohi doe was admitted with history of having aborted two male fetuses at 115 days of gestation followed by total uterine prolapse two hours later. The clinical examination revealed a soiled and inflamed prolapsed mass with intact fetal membrane. The mass was reduced manually and animal recovered uneventfully after clinical management.
