Online published on 6 April, 2015. Abstract Four Gir cows with uterine prolapse reported for treatment. Most of uterine prolapse was found immediately or within 1 week of calving. The everted uterine prolapse mass was replaced manually following proper precautionary measures and was treated with fluid therapy, antibiotic and other supportive treatment to prevent further complication and secondary bacterial infection. All cases completely recovered within 96 hrs of post complication and commence normal lactation and fertility. The hygienic handling, proper management and treatment definitely prevented further reproductive tract damage and aid in quick recovery.
