The real-time B-mode ultrasonography of post partum reproductive tract i.e. cervix, uterus, caruncle and middle uterine artery revealed images of different echogenicity in Kankrej cows. The images of involuting cervix were recorded as a bright hyperechoic wall and hypoechoic lumen with bright hyperechoic spots. The uterine images showed hyperechoic wall and anechoic lumen with hypoechoic spot. The caruncles had bright hyperechoic image with encircled anechoic line, While, middle uterine artery showed anechoic image. Top Keywords Cow, echogenicity, kankrej, post-partum, ultrasonography.
