Online published on 6 April, 2015. Abstract A primipara Jamunapari doe was reported with inability to deliver fetus. Episiotomy was performed with successful delivery of a live male fetus with mild traction. The fetus died after 15 minutes and was diagnosed as fetal goiter with enlarged thyroid gland, alopecia, follicles filled with colloid.
