Online published on 6 April, 2015. Abstract A crossbred sow with history o f delivering one piglet and gi ving intermittent strain since two hours but unable to deliver others was reported. The case was diagnosed as dystocia due to uterine inertia and cesarean section was performed, nine live piglets and one dead piglet was recovered successfully. The animal showed uneventful recovery.
