Online published on 6 April, 2015. Abstract A full term pregnant bitch with history of anorexia, milk expression from teats and no signs of straining was presented. The bitch was active with normal physiological parameters. Abdominal palpation revealed presence of fetus and radiograph showed presence of four fetuses. The combined treatment of Calcium, DNS and high doses of Oxytocin upon regular monitoring assisted in successful whelping with an uneventful recovery.
