Online published on 6 April, 2015. Abstract Dystocia with uterine inertia leading to cervical stenosis in a Gir cow was therapeutically managed. The animal was restlessness with history of full gestation period and per-vaginally revealed complete closer of cervical os and uterine inertia was noticed leading to cervical stenosis. The cow was treated for cervical dilatation and correction of uterine inertia by calcium borogluconate, Dextrose, PGF2α, Dexamethasone, Valethamate bromide and Oxytocin.
