Online published on 6 April, 2015. Abstract A 3 year old Pomeranian dog was presented with abdominal distension and anorexia, 3 days after whelping. Roentgenogram revealed two retained fetuses. Emergency laparotomy was performed and Unicornuectomy done, following identification of devitalised left horn which had undergone torsion. The patient had an uneventful recovery.
