Dystocia due to Uterine Torsion in a Doe and its Surgical Management

Abstract

A doe was diagnosed as pre cer vical right uterine torsion an d surgical intervention was un dertaken. Caesarian section was performed by left flank incision epidural anesth esia and twin live foetuses (m ale and female) were removed. Uneventful recovery was observed following timely diagnosis and surgical management.
