Abstract A ten years old Kankrej bullock had asoft mass of about 8 cm in diameter that obstructed the left nasal opening. Mass was excised under anesthesia. Histopathologically, the mass was composed of stellate to spindle shaped fibroblastic cells, loosely arranged in an abundant myxoid matrix and covered with stratified squamous epithelium. Within the neoplasm, there was a focal extensive area showed osseous metaplasia, contain multiple trabeculae of bone. Mass was diagnosed as myxosarcoma.
