Abstract A case of lymphosarcoma involving whole intestine has been described. Grossly, there were multiple variable sized submucosal nodules in the wall of intestine along with multiple mucosal erosions and hemorrhages. Cytological study of these nodules revealed numerouslymphoblasts. Microscopically, there were sheets of proliferating neoplastic lymphocytes in the wall of intestine separated by thin fibrous connective tissue septa.
