Pancreatic parenchyma was divided/subdivided into small lobes and lobules by thick fibrous septae. In addition, acinar atrophy and degeneration/necrosis, mononuclear cell infiltration, hyperplasia of interlobular ducts and periductal fibrosis with ductectasis.
