Abstract

Banks in India are well known for their customer service. Offering better & better service has resulted in faster growth of our banks. It is seen that when banking technology has improved, services have become more & more convenient to the customers. Customers expect best service from the banks at affordable costs. Banks encourage its customers to use all kinds of present day technologies, this is because, transaction costs are very much lesser, resources are properly mobilized & users get instant results at their fingertips. Transactions like fund transfers, bill payments, payment to parties around anywhere in the world is possible today due to the advent of mobile banking. Times taken to complete the transactions are less & payment figures are transparent. One can easily maintain the records of any number of transactions carried out in their business. In the upcoming years it will be very much confirmed that majority of the customers will be using mobile banking & carry out their independent transactions.
