Digital disruption in banking industry

Abstract

Digital transformation is changing every industry and banking is at the forefront of this trend. Banks need to improve the customer experience, improve operational efficiency and respond faster to changing business environments. Today major disruptive trends in the financial sector are taking place, and this year these trends are set to accelerate. Mobile financial services are becoming more popular and it is replacing the basics you can do on a website. But there are also some drawbacks in mobile financial services such as it is time consuming with passwords, codes and security questions etc.
