The Impact of Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizen Behavior of the Employees of Radio Communications and Regulations Organization

Abstract

The present study was aimed to investigate the effects of organizational justice on organizational citizen behavior of the employees Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA). The research was practical in terms of objectives and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population consisted of all CRA employees, 755 employees among which 260 were selected as the research sample using Morgan table and stratified random sampling. The data was collected using Niehoff and Moorman (1993) and Podsakoff's et al. (1991) standardized questionnaires on organizational justice. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated to be 0.88 for organizational justice questionnaire and 0.83 for organizational citizenship behavior using Cronbach alpha. The content validity of the questionnaire was also checked by the qualified experts. The collected data from questionnaires were then analyzed in two parts of descriptive and inferential statistics (Structural Equation Model and SEM) using SPSS and Smart Pls. According to the obtained results, organizational justice and its components (interactional justice, procedural justice and distributive justice) affected the organizational citizenship behavior of CRA employees.
