Online published on 16 December, 2014. Abstract Probably among the social organizations of any organization isn't critical and important like educational organization. Quantitative and qualitative improvement in the education directly related to human resources. Among teachers and their performance, it's remarkable importance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and job burnout of principals and teachers in secondary schools of Khorramabad. Denison Organizational Culture questionnaire and Mazlakh's job burnout was used to collect the data. After collecting data, the analysis of the results by using Spss software showed an inverse and negative relationship of organizational culture on job burnout with 95% of confidence level.
