Abstract Today's organizations, to achieve a reasonable share of the market, need to be able to all activities and functions of information systems in an organization are covered, they are well-used. one of the main tools of information and communication technology plays an important role in the integration of information in organizations and could be an important arm of the organization is to join the global markets, enterprise Resource Planning systems, respectively. This system is currently considered one of the most effective Enterprise Resource Planning tool discussed, including a system of interconnected information engineering and management that all the needs of an organization with a process approach to achieve organizational goals and meet the integration of all operations. The role of human resources in the successful implementation and positive performance is not a secret organization. in this article, eight main factors to assess the readiness of human resources for the implementation of erp system were presented in the form of a model, the model questionnaire was distributed among all employees clusters Fishery in Chabahar and Konarak, the results were obtained by using SPSS software, analysis using inferential statistics One-sample T-test was performed and the results show that Chabahar and Konarak Fisheries Cluster staff are ready to deploy an ERP system.
