Abstract The present study is a descriptive study of the correlation that was done with the aim of investigates the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. For this purpose, the multifactor leadership questionnaire and organizational citizenship behavior that was distributed after ensuring of their validity and reliability between the samples consisted of 17 managers and 58 employees of the Kazeroon Branch. For the analysis of research data Pearson's correlation coefficient and Multifactorial regression analysis were used, the results indicate that there is a significant relationship between dimensions of transformational Leadership with organizational citizenship behavior and the Lack of a significant relationship Between transformational leadership and organizational citizen, from the different components of transactional Leadership, Idealized influence and Personal considerations have greater impact on Organizational citizenship behavior.
