Abstract The main goal of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational performance in Tehran Electricity Distribution Company. Due to its goal, this research is functional and due to its methodology is descriptive – correlation. The research sample is 530 employees with education degree higher than bachelor's degree that the sampling was done by random cluster sampling. Karl Albrecht organizational intelligence questionnaire was used for this purpose and given that organizational performance depends on its staff and it was used to measure the results of the performance evaluations of the employees that have participated in the research. For the analysis of test data, correlation coefficient, binomial test, Friedman test was used.
