Abstract The equitable system of school education is one of the best ways of learning in Indian education system. Tamilnadu state government has taken more steps to restructuring the existing educational system. Government of Tamilnadu has implemented the common school system is known as “SAMACHEER KALVI” or “UNIFORM SYSTEM OF SCHOOL EDUCATION” or “EQUITABLE SYSTEM OF SCHOOL EDUCATION”. The investigation aims to study the attitude of school administrators like Headmaster, Assistant headmaster, Principal and Vice principal towards equitable system of school education which is innovation in Indian educational system.
