The relationship between manager's emotional Quotient and organizational commitment in TARAS Mostaghimi Homa*, Dehbashi Mahdi. Abstract This study has been done by aim of identifying and practical explanation of Emotional quotient impact on TARAS and group companies. Variables in Figure 5 were tested as the hypothesis to test the research hypothesis, 192 of the staffs of these companies Selected as the sample stratified randomization and data were collected by questionnaire. Then, Relationship of each component with organizational commitment were investigated and analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistical methods (Pearson correlation exam and regression test). The research results indicated that there is a positive and significance correlation between emotional quotient and organizational commitment with the correlation coefficient of r= 0.76 in level of α= 0.05, also regression test showed that, the emotional quotient is able to explain the 58% of observed changes the variable of organizational commitment.
