Abstract This study analyze the relationship between organizational culture and employee's job satisfaction in public sector of Pakistan. More importantly, this study is done to fine out the forces or factors that have strong relationship between public sector organizational culture and employee's job satisfaction. Quantitative method is used for this research and 300 questionnaire was filled by employees working in the different public sector organizations. These public sector organization include Health, Forestry, Land Management, Police department, and Agriculture.198 filled questionnaires was filled correctly out of 300 questionnaires. SPSS version 15 is used for data analysis and findings of the paper. OLS technique is used on the data. There are two variables in this paper, one is independent variable (organizational culture) and other is dependent variable (Employee job satisfaction). Results show that there is significant relationship between in dependent variable (organizational culture) and dependent variable employee job satisfaction.
