Abstract The main goal of this research is to identify the relationship between the emotional intelligence and effectiveness of management in the social security organization. This research is applicable and of descriptive type considering its goal. Sample statistical members of this research were 205 managers of the social security organization. Using a questionnaire, validity and reliability of the said research were studied. Data was collected. Research hypothesis was reviewed using a structural equation model. The respective results have revealed that commercial intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of management. Moreover, it has been found that self-management dimension with a described variance of 0.64 enjoys the most effectiveness on the emotional intelligence.
