Online published on 12 June, 2014. Abstract Present study aims at investigating the impact by intellectual capital and happiness at work on organizational commitment promotion. It is a survey type conducted as a field study. Its population consists of all personnel at Saipa registered representatives in Qazvin province. 114 employees are selected as research sample. A questionnaire is used to gather data. Chronbach's alpha is used to compute research reliability while content and construct validity is used for research validity. Factor analysis technique and structural equations ate used to test research hypotheses. Research findings indicate that intellectual capital has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment and happiness at work, while happiness at work has also a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment.
