Abstract After several years of experience, the world has came to this conclusion that if an organization are willing to be leaders in economy and work field and not fallen behind in the competition arena, they should have the expert manpower. This paper aims at investigating the relationship between the human resource empowerment and organizational effectiveness with regard to this matter. The research method is applied in terms of objective and survey based on data collection method. The statistical population of this research covers all headquarter executives in Parsian Bank and 150 ones were randomly selected and responded to the questionnaires. The inferential and descriptive statistical methods were applied for data analysis. The target calculations were done through SPSS and Amos software. The research findings indicate that there is a strong and significant relationship between the human resource empowerment and organizational effectiveness. Similarly, there is a significant relationship between the human resource empowerment and organizational effectiveness factors including the productivity, satisfaction, motivation, cohesion and conflict. Based on the coefficients of empowerment components in fitted model of research, the improved and enhanced feeling of effectiveness, sense of independence, sense of confidence and sense of competence had the greatest impact on the human resource empowerment.
