Abstract In the present research with regard to the role and importance of talent management and knowledge creation which are considered as one of the most important elements of business and key components of stable competitive profit protection in the organizations, we explain the roles of these two intangible assets and organizational strategic resources in stable development and organizational profit. For measuring talent management we used DDI model. In this direction, it was tried to study how talent management relate with personnel knowledge creation ability in education department of 4 and 5 regions and also study the dimensions of talent management such as selection, Employee Development, succession planning, and performance management with four main activities of knowledge creation involve combination, socialization, internalization and externalization, and evaluate the rate of effect of talent management process on knowledge creation. Statistical society of the present study involves all the personnel having diploma and higher education from education department of 4 and 5 regions and 150 people have selected as sample bulk. 150 questionnaires were distributed between department personnel. For studying the relation between talent management and knowledge creation we used Pearson correlation coefficient test and regression analysis. For determining the distribution of sample society we used Colmograph-Smearnoph test. Results from the research showed that there is a positive and meaningful relation between talent management and knowledge creation ability components of education department personnel. Therefore, mentioned organization managers should allocate adequate time to study and evaluate the talents and identifying successions for current and future posts and use knowledge creation ability of the personnel in the department perfectly.
