Abstract Today's rivalry situation has made managers consider features and activities beyond determined employees’ rules for maintaining their organizations, from the human resource point of view. This subject outweighs among project-oriented organizations that focused on construction projects. The purpose of this research is to investigate impact of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the effectiveness of project management teams’ performance. Hence, involved dimensions and models were explored by the use of examining OCB literature. Project management standardizations were studied and success elements simultaneously specified. Besides, consulting with experts in OCB and project area, proper criteria to study impact of OCB on project management teams’ performance were selected. To make a mathematical analysis of information, DEMATEL technique was used. It is notified that due to increase accuracy in answers in addition to decrease applying repliers’ taste, Fuzzy logic was also applied in analyzing the information. Finally, to show the results in better way, impact-relations map was drawn, using calculating the threshold value. From two points of view, Research results could be studied; firstly, evaluation criteria of project teams performance: time management, cost management, quality management and scope management receive the most influence from OCB, respectively. Then, the OCB aspects: it was specified that consciousness, in the first level, has the most impact on three elements of evaluating project team performance, namely time, cost and quality managements. Sportsmanship and altruism, in the second level and civic virtue as well as courtesy has the most impact on triple criteria of evaluating project team performance.
