Online published on 12 June, 2014. Abstract This paper tries to explore the effects on role ambiguity and conflict on employees’ creativity. For this, 3 different questionnaires have been distributed among tejarat bank employees in Qazvin city. Sampling is done using randomly one that finally 245 were selected for analysis. Data analyzing has been done using SPSS.19 software. Statistical method of testing conceptual model is based on goodness-of-fit test and of testing research hypotheses is Phi and V-Cramer correlation coefficient. Also, research finding indicate that creativity will be increased only when both role ambiguity and conflict be at medium level and if each of them moves out from medium level toward up and/or down, creativity faces to dramatic decrease.
