The effect of spiritual leadership on the empowerment of female high school teachers in Tehran city Azar Mitra Chamani M.A Graduated, Department of Educational Management, Khorasgan (Isfahan) Branch, Islamic Azad University, Khorasgan, Iran Online published on 12 June, 2014. Abstract The present investigation was aimed to study the effects of spiritual leadership on the empowerment of girl high school teachers in Tehran city. The method of investigation was practical, descriptive–survey and quantitative. The population consisted of 7241 female high school teachers in the academic year of 2012–2013. Through sampling random method and Morgan Table, 365 participants were chosen to fill the survey questionnaires. The structural equation modeling (SEM) method besides AMOS and smart PLS software used to analyze the obtained data in both measurement model and structural model. In the first section, the technical characteristics of the questionnaires were assessed and some corrections were made. In the second section, the t-coefficients for the study of research hypotheses were applied. The results indicated that there is a significant and positive relationship between spiritual leadership and its dimensions and empowerment of public female high school teachers in Tehran.
