Online published on 22 January, 2018. Abstract Background & Objective Alcohol is the most commonly used inebriant among adults in the India. Present study was conducted to study the correlation between clinical findings, opinion and BAC. Method present cross sectional study was conducted among cases of drunkenness, retrospectively for period of one year (2013) at tertiary care hospital, Jamnagar Results Observations show that all cases were of male with predominant age group was 21–40 yrs. There was a maximum cases occurred at night time and in the month of August and July. Maximum cases had BAC between 50–100 mg %. Conclusion There were high degree of variation seen between BAC and clinical findings and clinical opinion due to biological and psychological Variation in different individuals.
