Online published on 28 February, 2019. Abstract For a conventional PCR, the total reaction times of a certain DNA amplification using conventional PCR were minimized to more than a half. The extension time could be calculated as the formula: y=0.005x-5.2679 (y represented the extension time (sec) and x represented the DNA length (bp); y ≥ 1.0). The annealing time was minimized as short as 1 sec. However, the Ta was changed from Tm ± 6.0°C. Top Keywords PCR, Rapid, Parameter optimize Highlights. Top | |
