Online Published on 17 July, 2024. Abstract The World Wide Web is known as one of the greatest sources of information. This paper explores different aspects of the web searching behavior of law students and faculty of National Law University Lucknow. The main purpose of this study is to know the satisfaction level of library users regarding web-based library services. The collected data was analysed with the help of Excel and SPSS to calculate the mean score & one-way ANOVA. The questionnaire technique was used and 120 questionnaires were distributed, 90 questionnaires were completed, 54(60%) questionnaires were filled from LLB (Five years) students, and 36 (40%) were LLM Research Scholars and faculty members. 86% of respondents were aware of web-based services while 14% were not aware. Most of the LLM students were very satisfied with sources and services with a mean score of 4.19. Poor connectivity to the Internet was the major challenge faced by users during online searches.
