Haemato-Biochemical Changes after Administration of Thiopentone Sodium in Premedicated Buffalo Calves (Bubalus Bubalis) Tandia N., Pandey S.S., Jain R. Department of Veterinary Surgery & Radiology, College of Veterinary science and Animal Husbandry Mhow, Indore, (Madhya Pradesh) Abstract A study was conducted to observe Haematobiochemical changes after administration of Thiopentone sodium as maintenance anaesthetic in Midazolam, Propofal premedicated buffalo calves. No statistical significant Haematobiochemical changes were observed except blood glucose in both the treatment groups.
