Abstract The ameliorating effects of partially purified hyaluronidase enzyme which produced by Staphylococcus aureus was examined in Klebsiella pneumoniae- treated albino mice. Histopathologically, the enzyme with a concentration of (20 mg/ml) induced a curative changes in liver and lung of mice, beside it's potentiating effect on WBCs.
